Platform Agreement

1. Marketplace Role

Infinity Solutions LLC ("InfinityMatch") operates solely as a marketplace connecting homeowners with independent contractors. InfinityMatch is not a party to any agreement between contractor and homeowner, does not supervise work, and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or completion of any project.

2. Contractor Responsibilities

You represent that you hold all required licenses and insurance for your trade and service area. You agree to maintain valid insurance coverage at all times while active on the platform. You are solely responsible for the work you perform, your employees, and your subcontractors.

3. Disputes

Any dispute regarding project scope, quality, payment, or workmanship is exclusively between the contractor and the homeowner. InfinityMatch provides no dispute resolution and assumes no liability. Both parties are encouraged to document agreements in writing using the platform's contract tools.

4. Lead Quality

InfinityMatch uses AI to screen project submissions but does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legitimacy of any homeowner submission. Contractors accept matches at their own discretion.

5. Subscription & Cancellation

The monthly subscription fee ($49/month) is non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of the paid period. InfinityMatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not contact homeowners outside the platform prior to accepting a match. You may not share homeowner contact information with third parties. Soliciting reviews in exchange for discounts or other benefits is prohibited.

7. Verification

InfinityMatch may verify your license and insurance using third-party services. Providing false credentials is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

InfinityMatch's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid in the prior 30 days. InfinityMatch is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

I confirm that I hold a valid contractor license and general liability insurance for my trade and service area, and will maintain them throughout my subscription.
I understand that disputes are between me and the homeowner and that InfinityMatch is not responsible for project outcomes.
